Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hovexaenterprisesllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have issues, contact us at info@hovexaenterprisesllc.com.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
